Construction Process Of Dry Hanging Aluminum-plastic Panel

①. The laying out work is carried out according to the actual center line and elevation point of the civil engineering; the design of the surface is based on the axis of the building. The aluminum-plastic panel frame is composed of horizontal and vertical parts. First, the position line of the vertical rod is marked, and then the anchor point of the vertical rod is determined.
②. Install and fix the connecting parts. On the basis of laying out the lines, the connecting parts are fixed by electric welding, and the welds are painted with anti-rust paint twice. The connecting parts are welded and fixed with the embedded parts on the main structure. When there are no embedded iron parts on the main structure, holes can be drilled on the main structure to install expansion bolts and connect the iron parts for fixing.
③. Install the skeleton. Install the skeleton by welding. Check the elevation and center line position at any time during installation, and at the same time, treat the cross-section connection welds with anti-rust paint. Make hidden inspection records for fixed connecting parts, including the length, thickness, position, buried elevation, quantity, and embedding depth of the connecting welds.
④. Install the aluminum-plastic panel on the inner frame of the profile, first mill the screw holes, and use rivets to fix the aluminum-plastic panel facings one by one on the steel frame; the gap between the panels is 10-15mm and then inject silicone weather-resistant sealant; it is strictly forbidden to remove the packaging paper before installing the aluminum panel, and the packaging protective film shall be torn off before completion; construction shall be carried out according to the direction indicated by the arrow of the aluminum-plastic panel.
